Ingredients
1 cup (170g) mango, cut into
cubes
1 cup (148g) blueberries
juice of half a lime
2 cups (400g) cottage cheese,
full fat
1 oz. (28g) Goji berries
Method
Heat a dry non-stick frying pan. Cut a slice of bacon in half and place on the frying pan. Bake for 1 min on medium heat. Turn the bacon and spoon the batter over it forming a round pancake shape.
